Because this contest is exclusively for our clients your odds of winning are GREAT!

How to Enter

Starting April 1st, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) you will automatically be entered into the "GOING TO LAS VEGAS" contest every time you call or email the contact information of a referral to our office, OR, if your referral calls and advises that they were referred by you.

NOTE: Your referral is not obligated to retain our services after receiving our quote.

Your name will be entered a second time if your referral retains our cleaning service.

Additional ballets will be awarded to you for any other business that is generated from your referral.

If your referral retains our services and signs on for 6 months, providing they retain our services before the end of the contest, June 30th, 2010, they too will be eligible to play along.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. All contest entries are eligible for the Grand prize, Second and Third prizes.

Contest Closing Date

Entries must be received by Clarkes Property Services Inc. no later than 12:00 p.m., (ET) on Wednesday June 30th, 2010 (the contest closing date).

The Prizes

Grand Prize

There will be One (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize is: A 4 day trip for 2 to Las Vegas, Nevada. The retail value of the Grand Prize is Twelve-Hundred Canadian Dollars ($1200 CDN). And will be awarded as a travel voucher redeemable at Travel Cuts, York University location.

Second Prize

The Second Prize to be won is: 32-in. FLAT SCREEN TV LCD HDTV**. Approximate retail value of this Second Prize is Five Hundred Canadian Dollars ($500 CDN).

Third Prize

The Third Prize to be won is: $100 gift Certificate to a restaurant of your choice

The Grand, Second and Third prizes as described may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-saleable, and must be accepted "as awarded".

NOTE: Las Vegas is our choice location for the 4 day mini vacation. However, the Grand Prize will be issued as a travel voucher of $1200 redeemable only at Travel Cuts, York University location. You may choose to spend this voucher on a trip of your choice. You do not require a valid passport upon the Contest Closing Date, to win the Grand Prize.

Prize Draw

A random draw from all entries received by the Contest Closing Date will take place on Thursday July 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. (ET). Chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The selected Grand Prize winner will be contacted on July 1, 2010 via phone call. If the winner is not available at that time and does not return the call within 24 hours they will be notified again via mail. If, within Twenty-One (21) days of the draw date the selected entrant cannot be contacted, or fails to respond to any attempted contact or message left for him/her, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and Clarkes Property Services Inc. will reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event the foregoing provisions of this sentence shall apply to such other eligible entry.

In order to win the Grand Prize, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid, and sign the Official Contest Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest rules, releasing Clarkes Property Services Inc. from all liability and acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded. The Grand Prize will be delivered only to the confirmed winner. If the selected entrant fails to sign and return the Declaration and Release within Twenty-One (21) days of the selection of his/her entry, or within such later period of time, if any, as may be permitted by Clarkes Property Services Inc., in their sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and Clarkes Property Services Inc. will reserve the right to select at random another eligible entry, in which event, the foregoing provisions of this sentence shall also apply to such other eligible entry. Winners must show picture identification to claim the prizes.

Eligibility

This contest is strictly for our clients and their staff over 21 years of age. This contest is not open to employees, representatives, and agents of Clarkes Property Services, related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the members of the households of such employees, representatives and agents. By entering the Contest, the entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all matters relating to this Contest. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. In order to be eligible to win a prize, entrants must comply with these Contest Rules.

Consent of use of Personal Information

By entering this Contest, entrants understand that upon winning the Grand, Second or Third prizes that their first and last names as well as the name and address of the company they own or work at will be given out to other clients of Clarkes Property Services Inc. when requested.

General Conditions

By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants release and hold harmless Clarkes Property Services Inc., their respective parent, related affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Grand, Second or Third Prizes awarded.

The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

Clarkes Property Services Inc. reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
